PORCELAIN VENEERS TREATMENT
The procedure to place porcelain veneers usually takes at least two trips to the dentist. During the first appointment, the teeth receiving veneers will be prepared by having a portion of the enamel shaved down to make room for the veneers. Impressions will then be made of the teeth, which are used to create the custom-made veneers. Temporary veneers may be placed at the end of the appointment to keep the prepared teeth protected. Once the veneers have been completed, you will return to the dentist office to have them bonded . Adjustments can be made once the veneers are in place.
